Andras Lenart MSc MA

I have an academic background in psychology and neuroscience from McGill University and a Master's of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. 

 

My therapeutic training includes Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Existential Therapy, Self-Compassion, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Coherence Therapy.
